- Shipping Methods
We offer three flexible shipping options for you to choose from:
- Air Freight: Suitable for small bulk orders and urgent shipments.
- Sea Freight: The most cost-effective option, suitable for large bulk orders and long-term stock.
- International Express: Door-to-door service, suitable for small retail orders and samples.
We can also arrange shipping according to your designated freight forwarder if you have one.
- Packaging Details
All products are professionally packed to prevent damage during transportation:
- Each pair of shoes (especially EVA rain boots) is individually wrapped in a plastic bag to prevent dust and moisture.
- Then packed in a sturdy corrugated carton with shockproof foam inside to protect the shoes from extrusion and collision.
- All cartons are sealed with strong tape to ensure they do not open during transportation.
- We use plain unmarked cartons by default to protect your privacy. Customized packaging with your brand logo is available for bulk orders.
4.Customs & Import Duties
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and other charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- We will declare the value of the goods on the commercial invoice according to your requirements to help you minimize customs duties.
- We will provide all necessary documents for customs clearance, including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin.
- If you have any special requirements for customs declaration, please inform us in advance.
5.Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and tracking link. You can track the real-time status of your package on the carrier’s official website at any time. If you have any questions about the tracking information or delivery status, please contact our sales representative immediately.
6.Delivery Issues & Solutions
- If your package is delayed, lost or damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately. We will work with the logistics company to resolve the problem as soon as possible:
- For delayed packages: We will contact the logistics company to find out the reason and push for delivery.
- For lost packages: We will resend the goods or give you a full refund.
- For damaged packages: We will send you replacement products or give you a corresponding refund.
